I want to pursue a work that satisfies you until I'm satisfied, so it may take a long time. I do all the work myself, from website operation and reception to meetings, production, and delivery, in between other work, so please understand this before ordering.

If your deadline is more than three months away, please contact us in advance. If your deadline is within that time frame, please place an additional order for express delivery.

We may not be able to respond to messages that are too frequent.

Please pay after production is completed.

Since this is done by hand and the drawings are completely different for each customer, it is very difficult to predict the exact delivery date. We accept cancellations at any time until the meeting, so if you are in a hurry, please do so. We cannot respond to urgent inquiries.
